Biography

Dr I. Arrotegui completed both his MD and Ph.D at Zaragoza University and Karolinska Institude.. His research spans areas including the Spinal Cord pathology and has published widely in these fields. He was elected Training Fellow at ATKINSON MORLEY HOSPITAL ( UK) Karolinska Hospital ( Sweden ) ; ,Morriston Hospital ( Walles ), Newcastle General hospital ( U:K) he is Consultant Neurosurgeon since 1993 H. G . U . Valencia ( Spain ).Chairman in Spine Surgery Since 1996 at Hospital Casa de Salud Valencia ( Spain ) and Chairman in Spinal Surgery at Hospital Quiron Valencia ( spain ) since 2015.

Research Interest

1.USE of Mesenchymal stem cells extracted from the patient own adipose tissue for the treatment of degenerative pathology. 2.Relationship between Grade II, III and IV Obesity, Disc Degeneration and Chronic Low Back Pain under Minimally Invasive Lumbar Surgery
