Biography

Dr. Shatrah Binti Othman is currently working as a Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She completed her BSC (MEDSC) in University of Nottingham, Nottingham, UK. Later she graduated with MSc and PhD from University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia. Dr. Shatrah worked as co-ordinator for the Molecular Medicine Postgraduate Society during the period 2015-2018. She is an active Editorial member and a reviewer for many scientific journals and she also has more than 15 international journal publications. Dr. Shatrah’s research interests include: Traditional Medicine and Natural Products (endocrine disruptors, reproductive system), Drug Discovery (Antivirals against Dengue, DHODH inhibitors), Cellular Immunology (Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) Class I).
