Biography

Dr. Seçil Karahüseyin is currently working in the Department of Pharmacognosy at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cukurova University, Adana, Türkiye. She started her education at Istanbul University and graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy there with a master's and doctoral degree. She is an active reviewer for many scientific journals. She has published numerous articles in both national and international journals. She has participated in several international conferences. Additionally, there are also book chapters published by publishers in the SENSE B category and other publishing houses. Dr. Seçil's research areas are as follows: medicinal plants, secondary metabolites, phenolic compounds, phytochemical analyses, drug active ingredients, bioactivity studies, traditional medicine and natural products, and ethnobotanical studies.
