Biography

Dr. Alfio Ferlito is Formerly Director of the Department of Surgical Sciences at the University of Udine, School of Medicine from 2003 to 2009. He was also the Professor and Chairman of the ENT Clinic at the same University from 1997 to 2013. Dr. Ferlito graduated in medicine at the University of Bologna in 1968. Since 2009 he is the Coordinator of the International Head Neck Scientific Group. He published more than 600 papers in reputed journals and has participated in several international conferences. Dr. Ferlito is also an Editorial Board member and reviewer in more than 800 scientific journals. His major research interests are Head and neck surgery and Oncology and cancer research.
