Biography

Prof. Agostino Gaudio is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Catania (Italy). He graduated from the University of Messina (Italy), where he specialized in Internal Medicine and obtained his PhD in Clinical Nephrology. He is a visiting researcher at the Center for Bone Quality of the Leiden University Medical Center (Netherlands). At the moment, he is the Head of the Sicilian Regional Reference Center for Metabolic Bone Diseases. He is the author of more than 70 peer-reviewed publications.
