Biography
Dr. Xiaomian Wu is working as an Orthodontic Specialist in The Affiliated Hospital of Stomatology, PI in Chongqing Key Laboratory of Oral Diseases and Biomedical Sciences and also as an Orthodontic Deputy Chief Physician in Dental School, Chongqing Medical University, China. From 2012-2014, he was Postdoctoral research fellow in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. Later from 2014-2015, he was Postdoctoral research fellow in BIDMC, Dental School, USA. He wrote more than 10 articles as a corresponding author and also has a national and a local government funding about basic and clinical study. He has more than 11 years of experience in the field of dentistry. Dr. Wu’s research interests include Orthodontics, Bone and periodontal tissue remodeling and reconstruction, Genetic and epigenetic regulation of stem cell differentiation and cell death, Biomaterials.
