Dr. William James Maloney is currently working as a Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Cariology and Comprehensive Care, NYU College of Dentistry, New York, USA. During the period 2011-2017, he worked as Clinical Pedagogical Coordinator in NYU College of Dentistry, New York, USA. Dr. Williams has also played the role of Group Practice Clinical Coordinator in NYU College of Dentistry, USA. He completed his BSc in Siena College, Loudonville, USA in the year 1988. Later in 1992, he graduated with the degree Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry, USA. Dr. Williams has received many awards and honors, in which few are like “Dean’s Honor’s” from NYU College of Dentistry, New York, USA and “Table Clinician Plaque”, The Thomas J. Hinman Dental Meeting; Atlanta, GA. Dr. William had professional membership with Academy of Dentistry International (2004), Pierre Fauchard Academy (2003-2006), New York Academy of Sciences (2007-2009), Sigma Xi (2008-2009), Present New York Academy of Medicine (2009) and present with ADEA. He is an active Editorial Board member and a reviewer for many scientific journals. Dr. William has published several papers in reputed journals and has participated in many international conferences. His research interests include: History of dentistry and medicine, Innovative cariology theories and techniques, Oral and head & neck anatomy, Oral/dental manifestations of systemic diseases, Oral/dental significance of illicit and prescription drug abuse and misuse.
