Biography

Dr. Russell Eisenman is currently working as an Associate Professor of Psychology at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Edinburg, Texas, USA. He obtained his B. A. in Psychology from Oglethorpe University. And later he obtained his M. S. and Ph.D. in Psychology from University of Georgia. After his education he worked as Psychology Intern at Milledgeville (GA) State Hospital. And as Teaching Assistant at University of Georgia. Russell was also affiliated with Temple University as a  Associate Professor. He served as a Senior Clinical Psychologist, and Head of Psychology Department, California Youth Authority and Director, Substance Abuse Program. Prison school counselor and consultant. Russell is a member of many associations like Southwestern Louisiana Psychological Association (President, 1992), National Association for Creative Children and Adults and International Association of Correctional Training Personnel, etc. As an author and co-author he published Over 200 article in world class Journals. He served as Reviewer and as a member of Editorial Board for reputed International Journals like International Journal of Adolescence and Youth and Ethics and Critical Thinking Journal.
