Biography

He holds a degree in biomedicine from the State University of Londrina (1987), a master's degree in Microbiology from the State University of Londrina (2001), and a doctorate in Microbiology from the State University of Londrina (2007). He is currently a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation in Londrina, PR. He worked as an immunology professor at the State University of Northern Paraná. He served as an external 'ad hoc' advisor at the State University of Londrina on outreach projects. He has experience in the field of Immunology, with a focus on Cellular Immunology, mainly working on the following topics: macrophages, concanavalin A, public health, animal health, neutrophils, and phagocytic cells.
