Biography

I am a Consultant Rheumatologist and Internist with specialized expertise in Musculoskeletal and Neuromuscular Ultrasonography (MSUS/NMUS). I serve as President and Co-founder of the Egyptian Society of Musculoskeletal and Neuromuscular Sonography (ESMNS); and as President of the Scientific Council of the Professional Diploma of Musculoskeletal and Neuromuscular Ultrasonography, delivered in collaboration between ESMNS and the Arab Institute for Continuing Professional Development (AICPD). I am a EULAR-certified MSUS trainer and have delivered lectures and hands-on trainings at numerous national and international events. I lived, learned, visited, and taught in over 27 countries. I have contributed to establishing and maintaining MSUS/NMUS training programs in Egypt and Internationally. Moreover, I have led the organization of three international MSUS/NMUS conferences under the auspices of ESMNS.

I have authored and peer-reviewed multiple scientific publications and book chapters and remain deeply committed to advancing MSUS/NMUS education through structured training, mentorship, and international collaboration.
