Biography
Dr. Suryakant Niture is a research scientist at The Julius L. Chambers Biomedical Biotechnology Research Institute (BBRI), North Carolina Central University (NCCU) Durham NC USA. Dr. Niture has a BS in Microbiology and MS in Plant Biology and awarded a research fellowship from the Department of Ocean Development and also awarded Senior Research Fellowship from Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) New Delhi India. Dr. Niture owns his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the National Chemical Laboratory and the University of Pune India. In 2003, Dr. Niture has joined as Postdoctoral Research Associates in the Department Pharmacology at Texas Tech University Amarillo TX USA and worked Research Associate Faculty at the University of Maryland Baltimore MD USA and then joined as Research Scientist at NCCU Durham. He has vast expertise in the area of protein chemistry, redox biology, molecular biology and cancer biology, etc. Dr. Niture has published dozens of research papers, review articles, and book chapters in reputed journals and has participated in several international conferences. Dr. Niture is an associate member of the American Association for Cancer Research and Society of Toxicology USA. He is serving as a reviewer for several international journals.
