Dr. Lana Joudeh is a Clinical Instructor in Anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School and an Attending Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Baylor University (Summa Cum Laude) and her M.D. from Texas A&M Health Science Center. She completed residency and fellowship training in Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Pain Medicine at MGH. Dr. Joudeh currently serves as Interim Associate Program Director for the Regional Acute Pain Medicine Fellowship. She is an active educator, mentoring residents and teaching regional anesthesia workshops. Her clinical and research focus includes regional anesthesia, acute pain, and local anesthetic safety. She has published several peer-reviewed articles in Anesthesiology and Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine. She serves on the Pain and Palliative Care Committee and the Clinical Competence Committee at MGH. Dr. Joudeh is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and ASRA. She was awarded the 2025 Dr. Henry K. Beecher Clinical Teacher of the Year.
