Biography

Dr. Soumyabrata Munshi, M.D., Ph.D., obtained his medical degree from R. G. Kar Medical College and Hospital under the University of Calcutta, India. He completed his residency in medical biochemistry from the Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research in Calcutta, India. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in neuroscience from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, USA. He is presently working as a postdoctoral fellow at Tulane University in New Orleans, USA.

Research Interest

Anxiety and Stress disorders, Addiction, and Neurodegeneration.
