Biography

Dr. Zhongbo Yang is currently working as a Pathologist and an Assistant Professor in Oncology at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, New York. His specialties are Cytopathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology. His main research interest is molecular testing in solid tumors using cytology or small core biopsy samples. Dr. Yang is a member of American Society of Clinical Pathologists, College of American Pathologists, American Society of Cytopathology, United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology, and Association for Molecular Pathology. He has been a member of American Society of Cytopathology Cyto-econference Committee and Scientific Review Committee at Roswell Park Comprehensive Caner Center. In addition,  he has been a reviewer for multiple journals and has 20 peer-reviewed research paper publications.

Research Interest

Molecular testing in solid tumors, Head and Neck tumors, lung cancer.
