Overview

Archives of Proteomics and Bioinformatics is an international peer-reviewed journal which connects global protein scientists, bioinformaticians, and academicians to share their research outcomes. The journal serves as an international platform for researchers working on plant, animal and microbial proteomics, human studies, proteome analysis, biomarkers, protein expression and interactions, protein – production, modification, and degradation. It also focuses on developments in bioinformatics and computational biology, computational and statistical methods for the modeling and analysis of biological data, descriptions of new algorithms and databases.  The journal follows a single blinded peer-review process and assures highest ethical standards. We welcome papers that are relatively new and cover trending topics such as metabolomics, pharmacoproteomics, and systems biology.
