Biography

Dr. Rama Shankar have completed M.Sc. Biotechnology from University of Hyderabad, India in 2010 and PhD in computational biology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India in 2018. He joined Dr. Bin Chen group at Michigan State University, USA in 2018. There, He is working on implementation of single cell transcriptomic data into therapeutic discovery and integrate omics data to study drug resistance in cancers including breast cancer..
