Dr. Zhang is an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He was graduated from the University of the Pacific and trained in Dr. Alma Burlingame’ s lab at UCSF. He is well-known for his pioneering work in identification of histone modification sites by mass spectrometry. Currently, his research interest is studying the molecular signaling pathways in cancer and immune cells using multi-proteomics.
