Biography

Akhilesh Kumar Kuril is an Analytical Scientist with 14 years of industrial experience in the analytical research and development of drug substance (small molecule and large molecule) and drug products (peptides, proteins, injectables, ophthalmic and oral solid dosage forms). He is well acquainted with different chromatographic techniques (reverse phase (RP), ion pair (IP), ion exchange chromatography (IEX), size exclusion chromatography (SEC), coupled with different detectors i.e. UV, RI, fluorescence, MALS and MS), peptide characterization techniques viz., circular dichroism, fluorescence spectrometry, mass spectrometry (top down and bottom up MS), dynamic light scattering (DLS), SV-AUC and CE and solid- state characterization techniques viz., particle size analysis, PXRD, DSC and TGA. Akhilesh Kumar Kuril is black belt certified in Lean and Six Sigma and has authored 14 peer-reviewed publications, two Indian design patents in the field of Analytical science.  

Currently He is working with Flamma USA, PA in the Analytical Development. My job profile includes the Characterization study, developmental studies for drug product Analytical method Validation and troubleshoot, and to respond the deficiency received from the regulatory agencies
